By middle school, girls are less interested in leading than boys—a trend that continues into adulthood. Together we can encourage girls to lead.”


I saw a commercial for this campaign on Lifetime (don’t judge me) and thought it should be something you guys could spread because it’s a very necessary cause.  Speaking from experience, I have to always be mindful of how I express myself to reduce being labeled as a b**** but I digress…

Not only does this campaign provide leadership tips for girls, teachers and parents but they also provide tips for managers (which I’m going to read shortly) #awesomeness
